Yoga classes and fitness classes are arranged at the fitness room in house. The area is popular for cycling, and bike hire and car hire are available at the accommodation. The campground has a picnic area where you can spend a day out in the open. We had the best time staying at Wild Wadi Wilpattu. The property is located about 5 - 10 minutes from the Wilpattu park entrance which not only means you can easily book a safari but you also experience some incredible wild life just steps outside your door. We cannot praise the staff enough. Everyone we spoke with was so nice and so accommodating. It’s very clear that the folks at Wild Wadi are very passionate about animals, the environment and sharing all of their knowledge with their guests. We had breakfast and dinner at Wild Wadi each night. We had traditional Sri Lankan meals and it was some of the best food we had so far on our trip. We would highly recommend booking at Wild Wadi if you are visiting Wilpattu - such an incredible experience! We will be back!

Set within 33 km of Kumbichchan Kulama Tank and 34 km of Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi in Wilpattu, Leopard Trails Wilpattu features accommodation with seating area. Featuring a garden, this 5-star campground has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a car rental service is also available. Fantastic setting and great set up, tents were excellent and very comfortable.

À la carte and continental breakfast options with local specialities, fresh pastries and pancakes are available. As an added convenience, the campground offers packed lunches for guests to bring on excursions and other trips off-property. EVERTHING!! Definitely I place that I will dream to see again!! The staff was amazing and the tent was as the pictures!! LOVE IT!

Units come with a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a private bathroom with free toiletries and bidet. All units feature private entrance. At the campground, the units include bed linen and towels. Location, price, rooms, cooking facilities, property has a lot of wildlife like 2 different types squirrels, 2 different types of bats at night, monkeys, peacocks, many different kinds of birds, lizards were they are permanent residents of the water hole. Staff are amazing with information, arranging or assisting with tours, tuk tuks, delivery of meals. Special thank you to Afshal who went out of his way everyday we were there. We have stayed in many home stays in Sri Lanka and this is by far our favourite, highly recommend.
