We were able to rent a scooter easily from the campsite, and use the kayak as much as we wanted. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean & had everything we needed. Highly recommend this to everyone & would go again in a heartbeat!

I recently stayed at Habarana New Star Home Stay for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The accommodation offers three rooms: two with air conditioning and one with a fan, all featuring ensuite bathrooms and kept very clean. The friendly hosts were a highlight, providing excellent hospitality and offering tuk tuk services to nearby attractions. The breakfast served was delicious, adding to the overall pleasant stay. The location is convenient, just a 5-minute walk from town. Highly recommended!

Great location, close to the old city and ruins. Extremely friendly staff, who made daily recommendations of where to visit, and provided a map of the ruins along with a suggested itinerary. Very clean and well appointed room with a comfortable bed. Tasty breakfast and evening meal available on request. Superb value for money.

Very friendly and helpful family. The room was very clean. The location perfect, if you like to see the sacred City. It is just at the entry and you can easily explore everything by foot. There is a lot of wildlife arround. The breakfast ist fantastic.

We booked Swan Lake at the last minute and yet everything was ready and very clean. Kalhara, our host and owner of the hotel, is really nice and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and spacious. We requested diner and, like breakfast on the following morning, it was delicious and abundant. The AC works really well. This is excellent value for money.
