The showers and toilets are as comfortable as you can find in a campground. The staff is really kind. There is nothing around (the nearest small stores are about a 30 minute walk away). Those stores also sell very little. Bring what you need. The biggest problem here is accessibility. By public transportation is extremely difficult. Minibuses seem to exist, but they are extremely infrequent, do not run on time, and are impossible to get on if they are full. If you are going from Balykchy (from Bishkek, there are minibuses and train), find a shared taxi Bokonbayevo (do not try to find a direct way to Ton) at the bus terminal (next to Globus supermarket). Take a taxi from Bokonbayevo. This seems to be the most reasonable and easiest way. Negotiating in Russian language is a must. In my case, Bokonbayevo from Balykchy is 300som and Ton from Bokonbayevo is 300som (but I think the latter is much higher than the local price). Well, local people are kind and always try to help, but they don't always give the best solution...
