We had a wonderful stay. Super location, closed to the Tori and the aquarium. Comfortable big room, with tatami. The breakfast and dinner ere amazing! They welcomed us with a cup of macha tea, and provided us with yukata to wear. The bath are also superb, both private and public pools. The private bath has an wonderful view of the beach side

Close proximity to shrine, pier & Lawson’s convenience store. Accommodation was clean & as comfortable as a ryokan can be. Welcome from reception was very friendly & helpful.

Miyajima is a wonderful island and Nakaya house is an excellent place to stay. The house is well situated, very clean and spacious. Our host was very welcoming, gave us good tips about things to see and where to dine and even offered us umbrellas in case it would rain. I highly recommend staying at Nakaya house.

The room was very clean and big. It was a traditional style with tatami. Very nice for the first experience. The hotel is located in front of the beach and we had a partial view to the ocean. We were able to leave the luggages before the check in.

A beautiful and conveniently located hotel. The owner was so accommodating and lovely. The hotel is next to the ferry wharf and very close to the Lawson. The rooms were spacious and very clean. There were so many amenities and extras that aren't listed on the website. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Lovely staff, great rooms and very clean. Food was delicious. The view from our room was amazing.

Miyajima island is covered in deer - very tame wild ones. They were literally on the grass and beach right outside our hotel room window.

Breakfast and dinner provided (although, I missed dinner due to miscommunication with the staff). Very clean and comfortable. Was required to pay an extra $500 for a private "onsen" style bath experience (which I was not thrilled about).

Loved the kimono robe that you could wear around the hotel and to breakfast.. The onsens were great especially the outdoor private one that overlooked the water. . The free shuttle service was perfect for getting you to the ferry for Miyajima.and the train station. Staff were fantastic. Rooms were very clean and a nice size. Loved having the balcony to sit out on in the evenings.
