Bed comfortable, hot shower, nice view, easy check in, pleasant staff

The hostel was in the perfect location to access restaurants and popular sites in the centre. We also loved the view of the sunset from the rooftop bar. The staff were excellent and allowed us to check in early as we arrived on the night bus.

They let us leave our bags while we did Colca Canyon, breakfast was really nice, staff very friendly, very good powerful hot shower

Very good location, near Plaza de Armas. The staff is super friendly. We could wash our laundry for a small amount and they organized a very nice group trip to the Colca Canyon for us. The room was nice as well with a very hot shower all the time. The breakfast (egg, bread, jam and butter, coffee and tea) was ok. From the terrace you have a nice view over the city. Extra point: you can store your luggage after your check out and the even offer a shower for 10soles after your check out - very good if you have a nightbus.

Great stay, huge room with lots of space for luggage. About a 10 min walk to main square but very straightforward. Hot shower with good pressure.

Stayed in AKAO house for 2 nights before and after Colca Canyon trek. Fabiola and her family are such friendly people and are always able to accommodate your needs. I arrived in Arequipa at 5:30 in the morning, luckily my bed was available and they let me check in early to get some sleep. Comfy bed and hot showers. I'm really glad I chose to stay here
