The property is remote enough to feel peaceful and in the middle of nowhere but once you have driven down the entrance road, it is actually close to the national park. We had a Sloth Bear tent and it was beautiful and stylish. I particularly loved the private pool and deck - it was so peaceful and relaxing as we couldn’t see or hear anyone else from our own tent area. The staff at Tribe Yala were the absolute best - so humble, kind and professional. They truly went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. My only regret is that I didn’t book our safaris through Tribe Yala - their vehicle and manager/driver looked so much more comfortable and professional than the one we booked externally. Tribe Yala is a unique experience - I wholeheartedly recommend a stay at this beautiful luxury tent resort.

Dinner was really good. Owner helped via WhatsApp to book Safari and transportation for affordable prices. Staff was helpful and nice. Strongly recommend.

Amazing property, the Tent is a very cozy room and the staff was amazing. Uditha received super well and helped us with everything we needed. We stayed 3 nights and 2 days, and had a very early safari in both days. Uditha provided a breakfast for us to bring along and eat in our safari, and gave many tips about the region. We had pré-booked our safaris and lunch already, but if you need they can arrange for safaris and/or lunch as well. On the morning of our checkout we also did a nice bush walk around the property to say our goodbyes to Yala. The rooms have air conditioning, fan, hairdryer and good wifi. Definitely will recommend to friends that come to visit the Yala National Park!

Our family recently visited Makini Bush Camp and we had an amazing time. The staff's kindness and helpfulness made our stay truly special. We were thrilled to witness incredible wildlife sightings, including graceful elephants, playful monkeys, and colorful birds. And the highlight of our trip was a breathtaking leopard sighting that left us in awe. The service provided was exceptional, and the staff went out of their way to engage our children. The cozy tented chalet allowed us to connect with nature while enjoying the comforts of a clean and well-maintained accommodation. We recommend Makini for families seeking a remarkable safari adventure with top-notch service and unforgettable wildlife encounters.

Yala Lake View Cabanas is situated near the Yodha Lake. Located in Tissamaharama, it's takes a 15 minute drive to Yala National Park and 20 minutes drive to Kataragama and Kirinda Beach. Loved the surrounding and peaceful environment with birds ,exceptional cabanas ..magical place Special mention to Sampath the care taker was extremely nice and did a wonderful evening setting for us for drinks and dinner on his own accord

Yala Eco Bush Camp, tempat penginapan dengan taman dan teres, terletak di Yala, 13km dari Tissa Wewa, 23km dari Situlpawwa, dan juga 33km dari Pusat Perlindungan Burung Bundala. When I booked there weren't a lot of reviews but all of the reviews were fantastic so I assumed that it was just newer and didn't have a lot of reviews. This was one of the only times that I felt let down by booking.com reviews. The staff at the place was very warm but there were more negatives about the property than positives.

Located 15-minute drive away from Yala National Park, Yala Dream Park features a garden and barbecue. Tissa Wewa is 8 km from the property. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. Amazing stay in the tree hut in the middle of nowhere. It is very basic but comfortable. Dont go here if you want a 5 star hotel. If you want to experience nature in a comfortable tree hut, this is for you. Great BBQ dinner was provided. Caters for vegetarian also. Did a wildlife experience from here with the owner. He goes out of his way on this tour. Avoids the hundreds of other vehicles to give you an awesome experience. A must do.
