The property is remote enough to feel peaceful and in the middle of nowhere but once you have driven down the entrance road, it is actually close to the national park. We had a Sloth Bear tent and it was beautiful and stylish. I particularly loved the private pool and deck - it was so peaceful and relaxing as we couldn’t see or hear anyone else from our own tent area. The staff at Tribe Yala were the absolute best - so humble, kind and professional. They truly went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. My only regret is that I didn’t book our safaris through Tribe Yala - their vehicle and manager/driver looked so much more comfortable and professional than the one we booked externally. Tribe Yala is a unique experience - I wholeheartedly recommend a stay at this beautiful luxury tent resort.

Dinner was really good. Owner helped via WhatsApp to book Safari and transportation for affordable prices. Staff was helpful and nice. Strongly recommend.

Amazing property, the Tent is a very cozy room and the staff was amazing. Uditha received super well and helped us with everything we needed. We stayed 3 nights and 2 days, and had a very early safari in both days. Uditha provided a breakfast for us to bring along and eat in our safari, and gave many tips about the region. We had pré-booked our safaris and lunch already, but if you need they can arrange for safaris and/or lunch as well. On the morning of our checkout we also did a nice bush walk around the property to say our goodbyes to Yala. The rooms have air conditioning, fan, hairdryer and good wifi. Definitely will recommend to friends that come to visit the Yala National Park!

And the highlight of our trip was a breathtaking leopard sighting that left us in awe. The service provided was exceptional, and the staff went out of their way to engage our children. The cozy tented chalet allowed us to connect with nature while enjoying the comforts of a clean and well-maintained accommodation. Yala Lake View Cabanas is situated near the Yodha Lake. Located in Tissamaharama, it's takes a 15 minute drive to Yala National Park and 20 minutes drive to Kataragama and Kirinda Beach. Loved the surrounding and peaceful environment with birds ,exceptional cabanas ..magical place Special mention to Sampath the care taker was extremely nice and did a wonderful evening setting for us for drinks and dinner on his own accord
