Everything was great. We arrived very late, but it was very easy to find the apartment and to self check in. The apartment was very nice, and the beds were very comfortable. There were enough towels, and the location was very quiet. There was a mosquito net in the kitchen. The kitchen had all the needed appliances and free coffee. Yolanda, the host, was very responsive. There were air conditioners in the kitchen and bedroom, which was very important because it was +31°C when we arrived late at night.

Ideal location. Step off the ferry and you are beside the hotel . Beautiful location overlooking the lake . Friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel . Lovely rooms with a large patio with sun loungers veranda overlooking the lake . Just an amazing hotel. . Great choice at breakfast . Food excellent. Cant wait to come back again one day .

The appartment is fully equipped with everything - washing machine, dishwasher, a/c in each room, mosquito nets etc etc. Very nice private garden from which you can see the lake como (not like.a view but still visible). Location is very good, just a 5 min walk to boat stop (San Giovanni) and some 10..15min walk to villa melzi with it's beautiful gardens. For hikers a great walking path up to the mountain and neighbouring willages.

This hotel is the best hotel in Limone - Sur - Garda. We stayed here for our Honeymoon and not only were the staff brilliant and customer service exemplary, but the hotel was lovely, quaint and very well located. The balcony was perfect, allowing us to enjoy the sunsets and sunrises with coffee to wine. The restaurant offered great food and the wait staff provided great recommendations. We will be coming back here whenever we come to Lake Garda.

Charming, very well kept hotel with a great location right in the middle of Bellagio. Very convenient to ferry. All staff were cheerful, friendly and helpful. The recommended aperitifs on the Hotel Du Lac rooftop at sunset were lovely. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast room and adjoining vine covered veranda a very pleasant way to start our day.
