Wonderful location. So nice to find a hotel that will consider having a family together in a large room. Plenty of space in the very comfortable room, all five of us. Also the hotel left snacks and the mini bar contents were free (first night only). Great service. Breakfast was nice, the staff so friendly and helpful. We will visit again and spend more time in the city.

Everything was amazing. the staff were extra nice and very attentive during breakfast and when you wanted to ask them any questions. I did not interact much with the staff otherwise since we were always out exploring. it was a lovely location where we were able to catch the sunset through the hallway communal balcony. it feels like they thought of everything and everything they designed was meant to be there. The room is very well designed and everything felt like home.

It was the perfect place to stopover on a road trip between Vienna and Paris. Comfortable, clean, fabulous staff (I’m looking at you Jacob), great food, hot shower…all round perfect.

The apartment is exactly in the city center with all the restaurants, theatre, casino, museums and thermal baths nearby. The personnel was very hospitable and friendly, Nogay and his father assisted with all the issues regarding our accommodation. It was nice to have breakfast with the natural light coming from the roof top. There is nice veranda next to the apartment where you can drink coffee or wine and relax (if no rain outside).

Very friendly welcome from host. Super clean. Fantastic small hotel. Loved the free tea and coffee and honesty bar that could take on veranda/ balcony. Bett + Bike - safe bike storage. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Our favourite stay in our 6 weeks of holidaying in Germany over the past few years.

Very clean. Good temperature control. Very hot shower. Helpful staff. New fittings.

Room came with a balcony. Heater and hot shower were working great. Complimentary water provided. Towels were included. A short walk distance from the near by metro station and shops made it convenient for our stay. Room was on the upper floors, easily accessibly by the lift.

Warm and helpful receptionist. Very nice hotel, comfortable. Room was big, hot showers works well. Has a restaurant just next to reception at ground floor. Hotel lobby provides some light snacks, fruit infused water, able to enjoy these snacks while waiting for check in. Carpark at the basement and has plentiful lots. There is a supermarket just next to hotel which is super convenient. Will come back for sure.
