Great location! Close to the metro and everything in the centre. The room is heated which is perfect for the colder nights. Hot shower works perfectly. Hosts are extremely kind and helpful. Wi-fi works great. The additional breakfast is definitely worth it. Definitely stay here when in Santiago!

I appreciated the support from the frontdesk personnel in helping us with translations and guidance to resolve a personal issue. Personnel also let us check in early and check out late to match our international flights. Room is very comfortable, good beds and pillows. Restaurant on top floor is great during sunsets.

We loved our stay here, Patricia was a warm and welcoming host who made our stay very comfortable. Bed was very comfortable, rooms and bathrooms very clean with a lovely hot shower. Delicious breakfast each morning and a lovely garden to chill in. We wish we could have stayed longer! We could walk to most places in the city within 20-40 minutes.

Amazing location over the river--it was wonderful to watch and listen to the water. The cabanas also have a wide lawn of shaded "green space" with hammocks and benches--a great place to hang out. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.
