I slept deeply and awoke to foggy mornings and sun filled days. Wish I had stayed longer and tried Dre’s cooking! Dre and his young son Mateo were delightful hosts for pick up, portage and return.

I don’t believe there was a breakfast so we made our own. We loved the bee tour and so did the kids. They learned so much and the granny that does the tour is an incredible bee-keeper. The kids were also over the moon with the zip line. I saw some other kids spending a lot of time in the sand pit with the trucks.

The kitchen is well equipped for a short stay ( even has chopsticks!). The place is spotlessly clean. We really appreciated being able to sit outside, and the view is fantastic. The facility is very private and quiet. The hosts also provide helpful literature about various tourist attractions including hikes and places to eat.

The property was fabulous. Clean, secluded, comfortable, and the home cooked meals she provided were delicious. The wood stove hot tub was relaxing after an afternoon of fishing on the lake. The host was very attentive.

A great idea - to have this dome, but didnt quite work in practice (in summer). Very tidy and clean; great beds; interesting differentiated property. I guess this would be great in winter, when you could have a log fire in the burner and the hot tub would be great outside.
