The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Biggie took us everywhere we wanted, helping with car seats and little ones. Kingsley made sure we had delicious food and drinks and chatted and played with our little one and Natasha was able to answer all of our questions and give advice for trips given our family set up. My husband had his birthday whilst we were at the hotel and the staff made a big fuss with a cake and traditional songs. An incredible, safe and lovely place to be

Staff were wonderful and very flexible. We arrived by bus from Lusaka at about 10pm. I had prearranged dinner and when we arrived, a table was set for us and we were served some delicious hot food. The lodge arranged a tour of the national park and a sunset cruise on the Zambezi. They have fast wifi and solar backup for when the electricity goes out. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
