The buffet breakfast was of exceptional quality, offering a wide range of Western and Vietnamese dishes, with very fresh ingredients. A big plus goes to Tracy, the customer service staff, who was very friendly and attentive. She proactively introduced the itinerary and helped arrange the room, paying attention to every little detail to ensure guests were satisfied. The overnight cruise on the bay is a great choice for a memorable and luxurious vacation.

The food was good, but for us a bit too „generic”. I would love more traditional Vietnamese dishes.

Menghadapi kawasan tepi pantai, Ha Long Essence Boutique Hotel menawarkan penginapan 3-bintang di Ha Long dan mempunyai taman, ruang tamu berkongsi dan teres. We liked the location which is pretty close to the beach and has restaurants around the corner, modern design and very comfortable rooms. The staff is amazing.
