From the moment we got on the transfer we were taken care of so well. The transfer team made sure we found the boat safely and in comfort. When we arrived on the boat, we were greeted by the crew on board, and from this moment we didn’t have to ask for anything - everything we needed was provided quickly, and with a smile! We took out a kayak into the water, and with a little time to get our balance, we paddled through the still water through the lagoons. Remember to bring a camera on this trip, the views from the water are breathtaking! We always had enough to eat, and we watched the sunset from the top deck while drinking a margarita prepared by the bar staff. Our room on the boat was impeccably clean and the crisp white sheets on the bed made the sleep luxuriously comfortable. Imagine waking up with this fairytale landscape sliding past the picture-frame window beside your bed. No TV needed here - we could gaze across the water for hours. A once-in-a-lifetime trip. A special thank you to Kim for making our trip this memorable. We cannot wait to be back the cruise next time we visit Vietnam. I spent over a week here and was very happy with my stay. I only paid for a double room but I was given a room very large family room. It was super clean and the staff were very friendly. Specially Trang (Jennie) who helped me when I needed laundry and a taxi. She was very friendly and helped me a lot over my stay. Thank you !
