It's a lovely place, clean, well maintained with a lovely pool. Amazing staff, great homemade tasty food, rich breakfast as well. We stayed there for 2 nights in deluxe rooms, facilities are excellent both indoor and outdoor. I strongly recommend this homestay.

Mai chau Horizon Homestay terletak di Mai Châu. Terdapat teres dan tetamu boleh menggunakan WiFi percuma dan tempat parking peribadi percuma. My absolute favorite homestay from my entire month in Vietnam. Such a lovely family, always eager to help with everything they had. They even prepared breakfast for me at 1 AM before my Mai Chau race. When no other buses were available, they found one for me. They were always there whenever I needed anything. The rooms look just like in the pictures, not all private rooms have a mountain view so double check on that. On top of that, if something wasn’t working, they’d fix it within minutes. Good A/C, great facilities, and an excellent location close to everything in Mai Chau.

Avana Retreat mempunyai taman, teres, restoran dan bar di Mai Châu. I only booked one night at Avana Retreat for my boyfriend's birthday, as he needed a relaxing getaway—and the hotel absolutely delivered. It’s a true haven of peace. I visited during the winter, and while the rice fields might not be as lush and green as in the summer, the stunning landscapes still took my breath away. Plus, the off-season meant fewer tourists, allowing us to fully recharge and enjoy the privacy and tranquility we were seeking. My boyfriend tried the Avana Waterfall massage, and although it’s a budget, he said it was the best massage of his life. The rooms are luxurious, and we loved spending the night there. If we had more time and a bigger budget, we would have stayed longer. I also attended the Rattan-weaving workshop, which I really enjoyed. It’s included in the reservation, and I really appreciated doing this activity. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they went above and beyond by preparing a birthday cake for my boyfriend. It’s those little touches that make a big difference. I highly recommend Avana Retreat—it’s perfect for anyone in need of relaxation, beautiful surroundings, and outstanding service.

The location is remote but incredibly peaceful – surrounded by mountains, forests, and overlooking the Da River. It's the perfect place to unplug and slow down. The bungalows are cozy, clean, and thoughtfully built with natural materials. I especially loved waking up to the sound of birds and watching the mist roll over the lake in the morning – absolutely magical! Staff were kind and helpful, always making sure we felt comfortable. Meals were simple but delicious, with fresh local ingredients and traditional flavors. If you're looking for a place to relax, read a book, enjoy nature, or just breathe deeply – this is it. A hidden gem worth discovering.

I had a wonderful stay at Madame Huê Homestay in Mai Châu! The place is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by stunning rice fields and mountains. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and decorated with lovely local touches. Madame Huê and her family are incredibly kind and welcoming — they treated us like family. The food was delicious, especially the home-cooked dinner and breakfast made with fresh local ingredients. It’s the perfect place to relax, enjoy nature, and experience authentic Vietnamese hospitality. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Mai Châu! 🌿✨

Gia Trang Heian Hoa Binh is truly an ideal resort, peaceful and relaxing in the middle of nature. My room has a very nice balcony, it looks straight to the river or a lake, I'm not sure but the receptionist here said it was Hoa Binh Lake or Da River. My room is very new, clean, fully equipped with the amenities I need. I tried the grilled fish here, all were delicious and fresh. The receptionist is very enthusiastic, thoughtful, always ready for me during my stay here. This is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the natural beauty with quality service. I will definitely come back next time!
