Thuy gave me an excellent massage—so good that I booked a second one! The steam rooms were also a wonderful touch for relaxation. The rooftop bar and pool are simply gorgeous, offering breathtaking views and amazing cocktails. The food was outstanding—the chicken wings were to die for, and the pho was the best I had in Vietnam! The rooms may be cosy, but they are very well-equipped with updated TVs and modern amenities. Everything was designed for comfort and convenience. I highly recommend the Omina Hotel! It’s a great little boutique hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi, convenient to lots of sight seeing and delicious food. The room was very nice and super clean. Breakfast was better than most hotels I’ve stayed at. The BEST part was the staff! Ruby helped us navigate old town, gave us recommendations for things to see in Hanoi, and helped us check on our transport to Halong bay when they didn’t show up. We will stay here again and will book all excursions and additional travel in Vietnam through Omina!
