We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The stuff is helpful and kind. He recommended us the place nearby to heave dinner and we ended up going there twice. The view from the room was great and it was quiet. It is convenient that you can rent a bike right there. The one we rented was new and had just 2k km on it and worked perfectly, so the ride to the waterfall was smooth. The evening before the ride the guy at the reception gave us 2 raincoats saying that there might rain tomorrow and he was right, these raincoats saved us from getting soaked. Totally recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay and experience at PIA! Vuong and his wife were very warm and helpful and we felt really welcome. The rooms are very comfortable and charming. The location is close to anything. The private tour was well organized and insightful. And when one of us was sick they bought warm soup with noodles from down the road which was super kind of them! All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would always love to come back here again!

The bike itself, along with the helmets, gloves, rain gear, etc. were all top notch and well cared for. Lin and the entire team at Green Riders are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, speak excellent English, and do everything they possibly can to help you plan your trip along the Cao Bang Loop. We had a private room which we found very spacious and comfortable. We cannot recommend Green Riders enough! If you plan on experiencing the adventures of Cao Bang, look no further than Green Riders. They're the absolute best!

It is exactly as nice as the pictures show. Use this as your base to do a day trip to Ban Gioc, you won't regret it.
