This is the nicest hotel/inn in North Conway (and I’ve stayed in most of them over the years)! The rooms are spacious and tastefully appointed, the beds are extremely comfortable, the bathrooms are huge and renovated with classic fixtures that are solid and function perfectly (great water pressure, lots of hot water), ac is quiet works perfectly, wonderful location, lots of parking. We will definitely be back!

Located just off Interstate 93, this motel is within a 10-minute drive of both Loon Mountain and Cannon Mountain. It features a heated outdoor pool, a large yard for campfires, and free Wi-Fi access. The couple that runs the motel are super nice and helpful! They were available at all hours and made you feel welcome and at home. Location is perfect for pretty much all Franconia trailheads(under 30 min, most under 10). Rooms were very clean and comfortable
