The rooms are comfortable with a spacious bathroom and excellent hot water shower. There is a good size swimming pool set in beautiful landscaped gardens - a ideal place to spend a lazy afternoon! All dining is on the roof top terrace - dinners are delicious with lots of fresh seafood caught locally. All the usual breakfast foods available plus GREAT pancakes and local doughnuts! All staff absolutely super friendly and helpful. We were met by Luca who hosted us throughout our stay and we were warmly welcomed into the Emerald Bay family. Luca took us out on the boat (dhow) each day to the amazing pristine white sand banks and turquoise warm sea - totally magical and relaxing. Emerald Bay is truly a genuinely special place, out of the tourist hot spots and absolutely in tune with nature and the location. We loved our stay. Thank you to Luca and Raphael for creating the perfect finale to our East African adventure.

Menghadapi kawasan tepi pantai, Lala lodge Pemba Zanzibar menawarkan penginapan 1-bintang di Mgini dan mempunyai taman, kawasan pantai peribadi dan restoran. A wonderful budget property. The location is peaceful. The owner is present daily and happy to assist with coordinating excursions, answering questions & just generally engaging with the guests. The prices for the excursions were very fair and it was great to be able to split them with other guests. Every meal was excellent. Breakfast was included & the $10US charge for the communal dinner was a fantastic bargain… the property is just steps away from where the fisherman come in each day so it couldn’t get any fresher
