Great communication on day of arrival, which helped getting there/parking. 100% your breakfast is waiting whenever you get up (great for late late late sleepers like me!!).

Cosy rooms, sharing bathrooms and a spacious kitchen and lounge/dining area. The host was welcoming and cooked us a fine traditional breakfast. Good security for the property, ample on-street parking and although on the edge of the city, it’s a short walk to numerous restaurants/cafes.
