This is the former apartment of a French officer in a historical building with beautiful original 1903 tile floors, high ceilings, and carved stone fireplace. The owners have decorated with high quality furnishings so that the place feels very classy. We were in Room 1 with a private bathroom. Rooms 2-4 shared a bathroom. We all shared the kitchen and living room spaces. Taieb or Ines came by every day to clean rooms or visit with guests. They left fruits and cakes for guests to share, and the kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, dishes, pots, microwave, electric oven and basic foods (oil, pasta, rice, eggs, spices). We could walk to the Medina and the municipal market easily. Has washing machine; line dry clothes on the balcony. Overall a delightful experience of Tunisian hospitality!

Marsa Central Splendid Appart 2 mempunyai balkoni dan terletak di La Marsa, hanya 7-minit berjalan kaki dari Pantai La Marsa dan 1.7km dari Taman Sidi Bou Said. The apartment is very comfortable , quiet , and clean , high quality materials in all over the place ( shower , bathroom, kitchen …. ) . Very bright as it has many windows …. The check in was very easy …. Very safe and strategic area : 10 minutes walk to the beach , grocery stores and restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay ! Thank you !

I liked the owner so much, so respectful, always there to help, and very kind hearted For the facilities, it is so clean and comfortable, and the 2 ACs really helped with Tunisian summer. Te location is so good, 8 minutes walk from la marsa beach which is a really good beach. I totally recommend this place for your stay

Even though located in the heart of the Medina, the area was very calm and peaceful. The building and rooms are very tastefully decorated and the services were all very well-done. Breakfast was available even during Ramadan and the staff were very attentive. The hammam was clean, warm, and lovely and the attendants were extremely kind. You are within 3 minutes from the Zitouna mosque, most of the Souk, and the ministerial buildings. I slept very peacefully in the comfortable bed, there was coffee and snacks made available, and the bathroom is well equipped.
