Super friendly stuff and great people, ready to help. Be ready to use google translate as stuff doesn't speak english, only thai. But when you communicate with a smile all language barriers are gone. Food is homy (but of course thai style homy) and tasty. Room is quite clean and cozy. There is an issue with shower - it has a heater, so it takes times to get shower for 2 adults (you have to wait while water is hot again). Nice place for 1-2 nights stop on a way from / to BKK or to stay near Sukhothai . And do us a favor - try coffee there at coffee shop at the entrance. It runs by the hotel owner and it worth every baht!
