We absolutely loved this hotel! It is a beautiful facility. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend visiting the spa. We enjoyed our experience so much that we both went back for a second treatment! We also really enjoyed the live entertainment that we were able to observe one evening. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and our favourite stay during our trip to Thailand. And this was despite an overbooking and maintenance issue and being asked to give up our room with private pool access early, which the staff handled very well and compensated us generously for.

The new Outrigger Khao Lak Beach Resort – SHA Plus is an absolute beachfront property situated on Bangsak beach, a long stretch of coastline off the Andaman Sea, just a 90 minute drive from Phuket... Good vibe, and quiet place. Nice staff :) Every staff always asks for taking care of your action or decision.

Location was beautiful. We really enjoyed eating our meals at the edge of the beach. The resort was spotless and there were always sunbeds available to us. The staff were lovely. I would highly recommend a stay there and look forward to returning myself.
