Room and shared bathroom were clean and decent. While no breakfast comes with the room price, the owner sent out muffins, biscuits, etc, in the morning. Wifi worked well and fast. The only thing not clear is what are the sheets and what exactly gets changed after each guest. Otherwise due to the location and price this hotel is perfect.
