Tomas is the best, made me feel at home always and is very proud of what he accomplished with the place and it is noticeable that he wants other people to like it as much. Did a small walk to a secluded and beautiful beach nearby but it is also possible to walk to pico cão grande. Dinner was great and breakfast too. Outside showers make the perfect ending for a hot day. You have to stop there for sure! Thanks Tomas!

I really enjoyed the dinners there in the terrace with a playroom that is nearby and the dogs and donkeys running around. Amazing location as the property is very close to the airport as it is from the city Center. Mr. Luís is a very sweet and caring host, like a father figure as he helped us with whatever we needed. We ended up feeling at home. The room is spacious, is cleaned every day and has an AC that works very well. Breakfast is served outside by the pool where planes can be seen landing and taking off.

Due to an unforeseen change of plans, we booked our stay just a few hours before arriving. Joao contacted me right away via WhatsApp to let us know he wouldn’t be there initially, but he made sure someone was expecting us and ready to greet us. This excellent communication continued throughout our stay. Joao’s hospitality was the standout—he was always available for anything we needed and genuinely cared that we had a great experience. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit, bread and eggs, (and even soya yoghurt—which he had gone out especially to get for me as a vegetarian) Our room had a beautiful view of the sea, and we could hear the waves crashing as we fell asleep—I slept really well here. The location is in a village, and although we don’t speak Portuguese, the locals were very friendly. We even enjoyed a drink at the local bar and felt very safe the entire time.
