Was very neat and clean. We reached late night but were greeted by a smiling face which relieved us alot. Checking in was very smooth. We were looking fot a good layover in Duqm on our way from Muscat to Salalah and this was the best option i believe. It was a one bedroom flat with all necessary equipments. We were given enough water and supplies to last the night We woke up post the breakfast time but were amazed to see that the chef and receptionist treared our request to have breakfast with respect specially because we were travelling with kids. We really appreciate the staffs positive gestures and would love to always go back to this hotel. Thankyou

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel everything from the rooms to the service exceeded my expectations. The property is clean, well-maintained, and located in a convenient area. The staff was consistently welcoming and attentive throughout my visit. A special shout-out to Jes, the barista, who made my mornings extra special. Her coffee was not only delicious, but her friendly personality and attention to detail made every visit to the café a highlight of my day. Jes remembered my order and always greeted me with a warm smile — a true professional who clearly takes pride in her work! Whether you’re in town for business or relaxation, this hotel offers both comfort and exceptional hospitality. I’ll definitely be back and I’ll be looking forward to Jes’ Americano again ☕️
