The beach in front of the property is gorgeous. There are hammocks in the water, swings, kayaks, paddle boards, and chairs in front of the water. The rooms are amazing and so comfortable with Netflix, air con, mini fridge, shower with hot water, etc. One of the best parts is being able to use the scooters to go all over town which is included. The property is out of the town but by having the scooters, it makes it easy to go into town. The property is super clean and the workers are very nice. Breakfast is brought to your room each morning and includes a sandwich, fruit, and pastry. It's basic but good. You get one coffee pod to make in your room per day which is good. If you want you can purchase more. Each day they also restock your mini fridge with two beers, two waters and two sodas. They also clean your room daily and the property is kept very clean. This was definitely a splurge for us but if you use all of the amenities it can be worth it.

Since the first day while waiting for our room to be ready Adrian from the bar was the nicest guy, bringing us the best cocktails and making us feel like home. The hotel is so beautiful and has the best lake view. Breakfast is great and the rooms very comfortable. We definitely going to come back here we loved it!

The place was adorable, such a nice garden with pool, a (small) outdoor kitchen with some tables in the shadow.. Very nice! The kids loved the pool, the room was big enough. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hosts, Jey and Sebastian, were fabulous. Extremely helpful with activity and restaurant suggestions, arranging transportation, etc. They made sure you felt welcome in their peaceful and inviting oasis. The property is located approximately midway between Bacalar and Mahahual. With a combination of private and local transportation, it is very easy to get around. I highly recommend this property, and hope to return soon. Thank you Jey and Sebastian for a lovely stay!

Delicious food. We really enjoyed our stay, we were lucky there were only few guests. Really relaxing time we had.

Hotel "Ala Residencias" mempunyai basikal percuma, kolam renang luaran, taman dan teres di Chetumal. Hotel ini menyediakan kedua-duanya WiFi percuma dan tempat parking peribadi percuma. Juanita was so helpful and caring on my arrival. She even paid my taxi with her own cash because I didn't have any pesos. My room was clean and hotel in perfect location near water taxi terminal and beach promenade.
