The staff is very welcoming and friendly. We loved the services offered, especially the fact that they could pick us up directly from the airport and take us there. They also offer great places to discover, and you can also ask them for other things.

Featuring a garden and a terrace, Riad Sidrat Fes is located in Fès, 1.9 km from Royal Palace Fes and 1.4 km from Medersa Bouanania. The property itself was gorgeous! It is very authentic and well preserved. You wouldn't believe there's a medina right outside the door, it was so peaceful! Meryem and her crew were amazing. They went way above beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Got us a great driver and guide to take us sightseeing. Liaised with the driver who took us to Chefchaouen. Always had copious amounts of mint tea available. The day we checked out, kept our luggage so we could wander around for some last-minute tours. I don't know how they managed it, the riad was always full but we felt like the only guests...that's how personalised the service was. Thank you guys, will definitely be back!

The staff were so friendly and nice! They were super helpful during our stay, from coming to pick us up so we could get to the riad to arranging transport to the station. They spoke excellent English and gave us tips on what to see in the city! The breakfast was also delicious, the room super clean and the bed was very comfortable. I’d be happy to come back should I be in Fes again!

The decoration is gorgeous . Although the space in the room is a little small , it does not affect the experience . The staff was great . We arrived late , but he was not impatient at all , and provided hot water for us to cook . During breakfast , the host came specially to care about our situation . These people are very kind and friendly.

Located just a 2-minute walk from the Medina in Fès, this air-conditioned riad features a rooftop terrace. It offers guest rooms with a traditional Moroccan décor and free Wi-Fi access. Mariam was an incredible host that made us feel immediately comfortable during our stay. She answered all our questions and was an excellent host overall. She even prepared takeaway breakfast early in the morning prior to our departure. The facilities are great value for the price and we were comfortable during our stay.

Dar Bensouda is located in the heart of Fes’s Medina, just 15-minute walk from Batha Square. This riad offers en suite rooms, 2 courtyards and a swimming pool. Lovely place within the Medina. Friendly staff who go the extra mile - thank you to Hamza and Mamadou who made our stay special - they work extremely hard! Beautiful, serene Riad with roof top views across the Medina. We also went to the spa and tried a traditional Hammam - it’s not for the faint hearted!

The staff are amazing. They are happy to help with anything. Riad also very clean and quiet. Breakfast was fabulous. It’s about 15min ti the blue gate . Thanks for making our stay memorable.
