Atha Resort terletak di Sigiriya, 5.3km dari Sigiriya Rock dan 8.4km dari Pidurangala Rock. Breakfast was both English as well as exquisite Sri Lankan cuisine. I could not care less for toast and jam if this unbelievably tasty Sri Lankan choice is on offer. Staff was extraordinary friendly and the manager was always catering to every need such as TukTuk organisation, taxi, etc. He also checked via whatsapp my whereabouts and if everything was o.k. - as a solo traveller this was really appreciated as I felt well looked after. Pool and day beds spotlessly clean and perfect after a hot day in the jungle. The room is large with a comfortable bed and clean. Modern, industrial style architecture with wooden elements. The boutique style hotel has only 7 or 8 rooms so really private and cozy. The cousin of the owner was driving me to my next destination with a stopover in Dambulla, spoke very well English and was utterly friendly. Dinner was just incredible and absolutely top cuisine - I did not need to eat outside as it was delicious and reasonable priced for the quality of food (compared to other restaurants) and overall hotel standard. An absolute recommendation and hopefully the prices will stay as are to make it even more appealing for hotel guests to enjoy!

The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are spacious. The gardens are gorgeous and well kept. We enjoyed watching the monkeys roam in the trees around the resort. The rooms are clean and spacious with a huge porch area.

If we could make a suggestion near the door just have an open hanging rail for a few clothes. Excellent location for cafes & bars in beautiful Sigiriya

Free private parking is available on site. the couple who runs this home stay was very nice and welcoming. the breakfast was very good and their cocking class was super nice - still the best curry we have had in Sri Lanka! they gave good recommendations and helped with our arrangements, giving us local prices. also very nice rooms and close to the main street of restaurants. we stayed three nights and would definitely stay here again!

Great brand new hotel with spacious rooms and a nice pool to cool down after climbing up the rocks. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, they gave us advice on where to eat/drink and arranged transportation at a very reasonable price. The breakfast is excellent, you cannot eat it all. We were served fruits and freshly squeezed fruit juice, then omelette and next pancakes/local specialty halaba. Also, if you go up the road leading to the hotel you’ll see the fields and a nice lake, perfect location when you’d like to get a break from the tourist crowds

Beautiful spot nestled in the beautiful nature with direct views of both Sigiriya Rock and Pidurangala Rock. Comfortable, clean and modern. Walking distance to Sigiriya Rock which was also huge bonus. Delicious meals prepared by Suman and his family. Suman went above and beyond to help us with our stay, we couldn’t recommend him enough!

Location and accommodation was dreamy. A cabana in the jungle and a swimming pool in addition. Wonderful and nice owner who is very helpful. Dinner and breakfast was another highlight. I can only recommend staying there - it is on top only a 15 minute walk to Sigiriya rock.

Sashini Homestay, tempat penginapan dengan taman dan teres, terletak di Sigiriya, 3.7km dari Pidurangala Rock, 1.7km dari Wildlife Range Office - Sigiriya, dan juga 19-minit berjalan kaki dari... 10+! Kindest family- gave me space, but always available if I needed something. Perfect walkable location.the best meal I ate during my travels. This family is lovely and next time I’ll book further in advance and stay a week!
