We are really well at Suriya Guest :) we had the breakfast and dinner twice which was delicious. The host was super welcoming and kind. The rooms were spacious and had heating, which was important because we were there when it was only 17 degrees Celcius.

The owner is great.. Amazing service, top notch view. Although it's 10 min drive from city- up in the moutain, It's very easy to call tuktuks. Won't even take more than 5-8 min.

One of the best rooms I’ve stayed in in Sri Lanka. The villa interior is modern and beautiful. Exceptionally clean, well equipped room and with great amenities. Tea/coffee, nice toiletries, spotless bathroom, comfortable bed, TV/netflix. The staff were absolutely amazing - I made the booking very last minute and they really took care of me, which is important for a solo female traveller. Very warm welcome. The breakfast was very nice. Yes, the villa might be a few km outside town, but it’s a short tuk tuk ride. Amazing value for money. Highly recommended.

The staff go above and beyond to make your stay great. We were offered laundry, multiple room cleans and we accidentally left some items at the hotel and they drove to Kandy to return them to us. The beds are very comfy with soft sheets. The room very spacious. We had no issues with hot water.

First of all, the room is clean, comfy and spacious. There is a common space to enjoy coffee and tea. The breakfast was above expectations, good quantity and the taste was fantastic. Then the hosts are amazing. Their recommendations are super valuable. Chami the host drove us around and spent a lot of time with us. To be honest it felt amazing to have such a welcoming host and we felt very lucky to have that experience. It was maybe one of our best days in Sri Lanka. If you're arriving they can offer a pick up for a small fee. We're already looking forward to our next visit! We will not only come back as guest but also as friends.

Rustique House dbl terletak di daerah Lake Gregory bagi Nuwara Eliya, 17-minit berjalan kaki dari Tasik Gregory dan 7.7km dari Hakgala Botanical Garden. Shan and his Mam gave such a warm welcome upon arriving into Nuwara Eliya after a long train journey. They are kind, welcoming and extremely attentive to every detail and it truly feels like a home away from home. Shan was always on hand for any needs or requests. The tour he arranged of the nearby tea plantation, waterfalls and secret view point was a highlight and reasonably priced. My room was tastefully decorated and extra cosy with the comfortable bed and thick blankets. The traditional Sri Lankan breakfast prepared by Daphne was amazing, I will miss those honey rottis for breakfast! I highly recommend Rustique House to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay in Nuwara Eliya. Shan, thank you for a great stay and opening up your family home to guests. You should be very proud of the wonderful home stay you have created!
