If there is any location I would truly recommend, this would be it. It completely exceed my expectations. The owners are absolutely fantastic (they accepted and welcomed us, despite a very late arrival, helping with the bags, asking about food preferences...) and the location is above and beyond. And the price is unbelievably low for what you get. I felt treated like royalty. The whole house looks like a designer house, you only see in magazines. The rooms are huge and amazingly comfortable and clean. The breakfast food is home cooked and is beyond words. There's only one regret: that I could not stay longer.

There is a beautiful.breeze through the apartment in the evening but having the tower fans were such a very welcome extra during such a hot week!! Toiletries, kitchen basics all the things you could need. The location is beautiful..views from bedrooms were gorgeous and the views as you drive in and out of Cavalo are breathtaking from all angles. Lovely quiet little village and a perfect base for Verona, Crema ,Padua, Venice and of course Garda. Tomasso was so incredibly helpful answering messages promptly. Lots of information inside the apartment and everything was exceptionally well organised. Very professional! Highly Recommended ⭐

Coming from Verona, which is less that half an hour's drive, late at night, we checked in with immaculately accurate instructions, spent a peaceful night in a comfortable room, met incredibly friendly and pleasant owners in the morning, proceeded to have the best breakfast we've ever had, and went on with our day. I wish you could give an 11 point rating once in a while, because our experience certainly exceeded the basic review scale. I mean, even the car stayed in shade and didn't get hot from the sun.

We arrived with a delay due to the traffic. The welcome by Luca was warm and friendly and the property was excellent in every way. The hosts were very kind and provided a lovely Italian breakfast. We were also provided with coffee, olive oil and other essentials. The property is a little way out of town, so you do need a car to get around. It was a lovely, quiet and restful stay at Agriturisma i Merli!
