From the time we were in touch with the property staff before our arrival to the minute we left, we were very impressed. We wondered if the location (just outside the town walls) was going to cause any issues but everything was within walking distance-restaurants, historic sights etc. The room and bathroom were very spacious, quiet and very comfortable. We were especially impressed with the staff's hospitality and charm -thank you again Antonella! There is a lovely breakfast selection that is set up with a great deal of care. This property exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend it.

Perfect location for shopping in one direction, bars in the other direction. Villa Romantica Wellness & SPA is located in an Art Nouveau building near the ancient walls in Lucca. All rooms have free Wi-Fi access, an LCD TV, and DVD player. what a lovely place! the staff was incredible. they gave us cookies and drinks upon our arrival. beds were made. sofa bed was out. heater worked. great bathroom. walking distance from historic town of lucca.

This warm and friendly hotel is within the ancient walls of Lucca, a 10-minute walk from the cathedral. Highlights at Hotel Alla Corte degli Angeli include free Wi-Fi and elegantly decorated rooms. The location is superb, close to the main attractions, restaurants and shopping. Friendly and very helpful staff and the room was beautiful with wall paintings and a very clean bathroom. Great breakfast. Best of all the parking space just opposite the hotel.

Lucca in Villa is a building of the early 20th century, surrounded by a garden and located just a 10-minute walk from Lucca historic centre. Parking is free. We loved everything about this B&B from start to finish. It's location, which is just outside the city walls was perfect for us and only a 5 min walk into Luca itself. The building and gardens were beautifully kept. The breakfast was delicious and served either in the garden or in the small breakfast room. Our room was spotlessly clean and the bed was large and comfortable but the main asset to this property is Luca the owner/manager. He was absolutely fantastic and the perfect host. He is the life and soul of this property and you can see he takes great pride in what he does. He collected us from the train station, gave us useful information about the area, served our breakfast every morning and was always on hand to answer any questions. We were sad to have to say goodbye and very much hope to stay with him again. Do not hesitate to stay here - You will not regret it! Thank you Luca

Clean, comfortable and well designed. Outstanding breakfast and super nice staff - either the local competition is very tough or simply the owners understand the value of customer satisfaction and promote it with their staff. Not economical but in line with the area and period of the year. Great covered parking with properly sized spots. Convention with a nearby ‘lido’ for beach stay, good value for the area. Last but not least, extra appreciation goes to Aurora for her great sense of humor and excellent cocktails 🍹 👍🏻
