Super kind staff that gave us directions when we got a bit stuck coming from Cortina due to the mudslides. We were coming on our bikes in the rain and the staff was so sweet, insisting on giving us a ride to a restaurant for dinner and gifting us cookies in the morning. I never write reviews, but they were so kind!

The staff at front desk gave us detailed introduction to bolzano city, including eating touring and transportation. They replied on booking APP and email promptly, provided all convinience like clothes drying and washing. Check-out time was fixed but the staff waited for us for one hour to help us checkout early, and gave us delicious lunch packs to go.

The house was exceptional beautiful and very well cared, an antique building renovated to offer one of the best accomodation that we had in our trip to Europe. The buffet breakfast was perfect, quality, quantity and options to choose were beyond our expectations. The people are very friendly and open to help you with tips for your holidays.

Set in the centre of Bolzano, Villa Jasmine is located 10 minutes' walk from Bolzano's main train station. Featuring free WiFi and air conditioning, the property also offers a quiet inner courtyard. Everything. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and ideally located for the city centre and the train station. The owners were communicative and very welcoming. The free beer was a nice added touch.
