Whitford House Hotel is a family-run property located 3 miles from Wexford town and 17 minutes’ drive from Rosslare Europort. The standard of decor and maintenance was exceptional. The pool and saunas were top quality. The lobby provided a quiet spot even in a busy hotel and was beautifully decked out for Christmas. The food was delicious, the service outstanding.

A bonus is that this was the only place we stayed in Ireland and Northern Ireland that had air conditioning. Although the summer weather here doesn't usually necessitate AC, it was a pleasant surprise.

The entire place had been remodelled with great care and attention paid to small details that added comfort and convenience. Nice bathroom. The owner met us and briefed us on how to use the heater, locks, etc. Very friendly and helpful. Best of all, it was very quiet and we slept well.
