The room was comfortable and clean. I liked its design and how efficiently things are placed. One can see that a lot of work and thought has been put into this, because the hotel is in an old historical building but modern tech and building materials are used to make it as best as possible. Very important is that it was also quiet, one can literally see the double windows. The bed is comfortable and has a good quality mattress, something that I rarely see in hotels. The staff is polite,friendly and did everything to fullfill my wishes or to respond to any questions I had. I will definitely come back when I visit Zagreb again.
