Located in West Bay , 150 meters from the Beach, Naboo Resort & Dive Center provides accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi and a bar. The free breakfast buffet was a plus. There were eggs, omelettes, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, sausage, cereal, toast, juices, coffee, baleadas….a variety of food.

Its minutes walk to the Sandy Bay dive shop along the beach, where I did all my dives with during this diving trip. The room I got was awesome, with comfortable bed, high ceiling, nice breeze when all windows open ( I didn’t turn on the AC at all), and a balcony with jungle and sea view. The owner Cheryl is so nice and helpful. Very responsive to my inquiries, good local advices and makes great piña colada too! Overall all staff there are so friendly and helpful. The kitchen makes this really yum whole red snapper. It’s indie for. The pool is quite a size for a hotel like this. I’d say it’s a family friendly hotel but I felt very comfortable there as a solo traveller too.

Great host and value for your money. The host is very polite and helped with any questions I had and also gave advice and tips to navigate the island., including a very reliable airport transfer. The water pressure can be something to get used to but this is something that is common in the region and most likely outside the control of the owner. Furthermore, the location is slightly away from the busy area but the price makes up for it.
