Staff are really nice and attentive. Rooms are spacious, well decorated and with very nice views. Breakfast is also very good and complete. Borjomi itself is worth a visit.

This was our third time staying at this wonderful hotel in Borjomi, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. One of the true highlights is the beautiful terrace — the view is absolutely breathtaking and creates the perfect setting for a peaceful morning coffee or a relaxing evening. We keep coming back for a reason, and we’ll definitely be returning again. Highly recommended!

I was extremely well taken care of from the time of booking all the way to the departure. Teo, in particular, went above and beyond to make my experience as seamless and pleasant as possible. She is awesome! Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and the terrace is incredible. Amazing views, great convenient location, very clean, and new. 100% recommend!

It was amazing, the family hosted us was very friendly and kind, they also gave us some homemade wine as welcome gift. Room was clean and new, the view to Rabati was excellent. I’ve traveled a lot in the country but this was the most welcoming stay. Hosts were very helpful, nice and kind. Room was clean, good renovation, very comfy bed, had everything I needed. Breakfast was simple but good (omelet, butter, pastry with eggs, bread and jam). From the land you can see Rabat fort and the mountains around very clear, the location is very calm no car noise, all cafes and stores in 5-6 minutes walk, Rabat square in maybe 8 minutes walk. Oto (the owner) would give me rides to bus station which was very kind, tried to help in every possible way. I was even sad to leave. Big thanks to the family!

The apartment is clean, cozy and is located right across the bridge from city center, so all the places that a tourist might need to visit are very accessible. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate. Would definitely recommend this place and will stay there again
