Located on the Ile d’Oleron, the Hotel Île De Lumière offers direct access to the beach. It has an outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court and many other facilities. The location is picture perfect, literally. It is on the western coast of the island, so if there is a sunset, you would see it. On our days, it was rainy, but that simply brought a different kind of beauty. The beaches were mostly empty - we had them to ourselves. There are several ways to get to the beach below, and all are an easy, short walk. Yet, the hotel is elevated, so you have a lovely view of the coastline. The room was light and airy, and very clean. There is plenty of storage space, and a nice shower with plenty of pressure. The bed was very comfortable, and there were room darkening curtains. The hotel was full when we were there, but it was still quiet. Breakfast is not included, but we found it to be worth the price. There was a lot of variety in the pastries offered, along with cheese, meat, boiled eggs, cereal, and fruit. We would recommend this place, and would stay again.

Situated in the lively Saint Nicolas district in La Rochelle, this hotel is surrounded by antique dealers, bars and cafés. It offers free Wi-Fi and a conservatory with large sofas and tropical plants.... Fabulous place & had a great stay. Have stayed twice now & definitely recommend But…

Wonderful rooms furnished with style, extremely helpful and nice hosts, beautiful garden, jacuzzi and a cute cat. What else do you need for a perfect holiday? We only stayed one night but I could imagine a whole summer in these settings.

Chez Noémie terletak di Saintes, 4-minit berjalan kaki dari Saint Pierre Cathedral, kurang dari 1 km dari Abbaye aux Dames, dan 39km dari Stesen Kereta Api Royan. Had all the facilities (even a washing machine!!) it was clean and had extra towels, blankets and pillows under the couch that came in handy for the four of us. Had various cleaning products including washing liquid. Instant confirmation from the Host, nothing negative to mention in all honesty

Despite the small size, this was an impressively well designed and well planned apartment. The bed was the most comfortable with cotton sheets and the kitchen island provided for a very functional kitchen and dining experience. Loved it!
