Merupakan sebuah resort yang eksotik di tengah-tengah Sungai Nil di atas sebuah pulau berhampiran pusat bandar Aswan. Customer relations lady provided excellent service. She was attentive and made every effort to me us comfortable. The location, building, decor very pretty and lots of potential to be very very great but some things were a letdown. The shower didn't drain properly and the buffet dinner was cold. Breakfast wasn't very good either.

We originally arrived in Aswan planning to board a Nile cruise, which was unexpectedly canceled the night we arrived. What could have been a major setback turned into a blessing in disguise, thanks to Sherif, the incredible host and owner of Nala Narty. Sherif went above and beyond to help us completely replan our trip—from arranging activities to sharing local insights—and ensured that our experience in Aswan was not only salvaged, but far exceeded our expectations. We ended up doing all our sightseeing and excursions with Nala Narty as our base, and we’re so grateful we did. The property itself is stunning—peaceful, beautifully designed, and deeply connected with nature. It provided the perfect calm and relaxing atmosphere we needed. The home-cooked meals were absolutely delicious, and the care and hospitality we received made us feel completely at home. What started as a disruption to our plans turned into one of the most memorable parts of our entire journey. We left Aswan feeling rested, inspired, and incredibly grateful. We can’t recommend Nala Narty—and Sherif—enough.

The people working in the hotel were really kind and friendly and helped me with everything. They helped me get a trip to Abu Simbel and even packaged me a breakfast for it, because the trip started so early. The room was very quiet, peaceful and clean.

Terletak di Abu Simbel, 2.3km dari Abu Simbel Temples, New Abu Simbel Tourist Hotel menawarkan penginapan dengan restoran dan tempat parking peribadi percuma. The hotel is clean with nice decorated. However, The most impressed things is the services provided by the staffs Hamo and Ali. (Especially Hamo). They are very helpful, nice and kind-hearted person. Their arrangement is so good, they checked the details with us before we had arrived, they drove us to the museum and also picked up, sent us to the restaurant to have dinner, arranged the car for us to another city etc. The service was good than we expected, they made us felt so warm.
