She was attentive and made every effort to me us comfortable. The location, building, decor very pretty and lots of potential to be very very great but some things were a letdown. The shower didn't drain properly and the buffet dinner was cold. Breakfast wasn't very good either.

But the best thing was the people working there, who helped us with everything during our trip, from transportation to Aswan to laundry and day-trips to the Nubian Village, and made us love the island. There is a sense of community on the island and especially in the guest house that we will always remember.

However, The most impressed things is the services provided by the staffs Hamo and Ali. (Especially Hamo). They are very helpful, nice and kind-hearted person. Their arrangement is so good, they checked the details with us before we had arrived, they drove us to the museum and also picked up, sent us to the restaurant to have dinner, arranged the car for us to another city etc. The service was good than we expected, they made us felt so warm.

Very clean place, hot water, close to the Nile river. Ahmed is amazing. A very honest, kind, solicitous and helpful. He helped us organizing all the tours we did. He and his guesthouse deserve a 10/10.
