Set in Guayaquil, 2 km from Saint Francis Church, Casa Las Peñas Siglo XXI B&B offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, private parking, a bar and a shared lounge. We were warmly greeted upon our arrival. The check-in took longer than usual because we were immediately welcomed with open arms and chatted about a lot. We also got a lot of information about the city and the possibilities. We felt very comfortable during our stay. The room itself is huge. The bed comfortable and the breakfast very good. The terrace with pool and view of the river is also fantastic. From the hotel we could walk to the tourist area and the river promenade. Santa Ana is also just around the corner. If we come to Guayaquil again, we will certainly choose this accommodation again. Thank you for the nice stay.

The hotel and staff were great. Centrally located in downtown Guayaquil. Easy to walk to Malecon 2000 and Iguana Park. The bed was super comfortable.

I stayed at Bellini 3-4 for a week and really enjoyed the place. The one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with a full kitchen and washer/dryer was very convenient for staying with kids. The 17-story building feels very secure, with guards and cameras throughout, and has an Olympic-size outdoor pool with amazing views. Guests are given a keychain tag to access doors and elevators. The location in Puerto Santa Ana is excellent, right on the promenade leading to Malecón 2000, with beautiful views of the Guayas River and city lights, as well as plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I also want to thank our landlord, Martha Montesinos, who was extremely helpful, attentive, responsive, and friendly. She provided everything I needed for the apartment, such as extra blankets and kitchen supplies, and even helped me receive international mail through DHL by providing the correct address. Overall, my stay was comfortable and easygoing.
