Great and friendly staff, always helpful, answering every question. The apartment was big, had everything we needed - equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, waterkettle, milk, coffee and tea, water in the fridge. Toiletries, hair blower, umbrellas,... Very clean, enough towels for everyone. The location is great - 5 min walk to U-bahn, 20 min walk to city center. Great for stay with kids!

Along with free WiFi, the 3 star superior Hotel Nikolai Residence offers rooms in an extremely central location just a 10-minute walk from Alexanderplatz Square. Self checking out of hours was simple as given video instruction of what to do. Bed was very comfortable, and shower very good. Location only a short walk from alexanderplatz and lots of places within walking distance.
