Even though they did not speak English very well. They made sure we could communicate. Arranging a taxi whenever we needed it. The location was amazing. Close to the metro station and only a few minutes by taxi away from the populair district El Poblado.

The staff were kind and allowed us to check in earlier than the usual time. The hotel is new. The room was a bit small but it was well laid out. The bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again.

We liked the smart hotel concept, 'Alexa' voice system work well. The room was well equipped, nice and clean. The breakfast was also good and fast served for us. The location was close to everything that we wanted to visit and there was a big shopping mall nearby too.

Liked the setup of each room, even tho we stayed 1 night, it was very well prepared for a long stay. There are some grills in the room that leak noise from the hallway to the room, and probably those are there in order to comply to regulations (having a kitchenette inside the room and allow for ventilation)
