Also love how the staff are welcoming and friendly from the moment I stepped in. The guy at the front desk let me in at 1 am and checked me in with no problems. I also loved the restaurant roof top it has great food! I actually booked one more night next week when I’m back in Medellin because of how amazing it is !!

Toiletries are top notch. The staff at Moabi Hotel were outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with a warm smile and exceptional hospitality. The team was always available and eager to assist with anything I needed, whether it was directions or restaurant recommendations. A special shoutout to the hotel manager, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their guests' experience. The manager was always on hand to make sure everything ran smoothly and even checked in personally to ensure I had everything I needed. It was great to see such dedication to guest satisfaction.
