Upon arrival, we were given a very friendly welcome and were offered a choice of two rooms. The room we stayed in was large, clean, and nicely decorated. The bed and pillow were comfortable, which is the most important thing for me. The bathroom was also clean, had a very nice shower, and soft towels. It was also very quiet. The curtains were blackout curtains, so we weren't bothered by the morning light. There is a nice courtyard, but as we only stayed for two nights, we didn't have much time to sit there. The location is great, on the edge of the tourist center. There are nice restaurants to eat at within a 15-20 minute walk. Wifi works great (although you need a VPN to enter the general apps, like everywhere in China).

One particular girl went out of her way to help us organise car ride to where we want to go and personally make sure we get onto the right car..The rooms are very clean and comfortable .

Staffs were abound at any time, ready to help with every query in English. This was a huge plus point. Being able to communicate in a foreign land helped us navigate the city better. They gave recommendations, directions and even helped us to book tours and transport. We were made to feel right at home.
