Great facilities great staff eventhough the staff doesnt speak english they gone above and beyond to make comfortable... My kids loved robtos.. Exceptional buffet breakfast..

I cannot speak highly enough of them. The location was excellent, rooms very comfortable, quiet and clean. The location is so central it’s easy to walk to many attractions and great local food with 100 m . Breakfast was more Asian food but enough western food for choice. I will definitely book in here again. Thanks to all the staff you are incredible.

The hotel was very organized, clean and safe. The Staff members were very polite, helpful in nature and were warm towards me. I had a memorable first time experience in China, thanks to them. The breakfast buffet was do delicious and grand. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone because of their professionalism.

The location is unbeatable - just a 1-minute walk from the Bell Tower and the metro station, making it so easy to explore everywhere. The hostel has a really cool vibe. The common area is spacious， I met so many friendly travelers there in the evenings. The staff are incredibly helpful and gave me the best local food recommendations. The dormitory was very clean, the bed was super comfortable with a privacy curtain, and the locker was big enough for my large backpack. The bathrooms were modern and always spotless. Unbeatable value for money!

The staff offered a great service and gave amazing food recommendations. We loved our stay at SiWai tea&house.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Xi’an! The location is very convenient – close to the metro and a large shopping center, with plenty of small eateries nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and comfortable, yet still not far from the city center. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished in a very cozy and comfortable style. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and we truly felt at home during our stay. A special thanks goes to the host, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. When we planned to go up Mount Huashan, he checked the weather forecast, contacted the administration, and informed us that the mountain was closed – something we would never have known otherwise. We are so grateful for his care and for making our temporary home feel so welcoming.
