Even the dog Daniel was very friendly .. we will surely miss them all and would love to visit them again and again.. they made us feel like home.. big thanks to them for their kind support and welcome.

Good location, good ambience, very friendly staff. As i am non Chinese speaker, they helped me a lot in finding my lost luggage and talked with the respective authorities on my behalf to find them finally. Thanks heaps for that.

Everything was perfect! The hotel offers activities in Zhangjiajie, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The free airport pick-up service is super convenient. The bed was more comfortable than in some 5-star hotels. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, varied, and filling. Plus, access to a washing machine was a great bonus!

Fenghuang Ancient Town Lazy Cat Riverside Inn mempunyai pemandangan gunung, WiFi percuma dan tempat parking peribadi percuma, terletak di Fenghuang. Probably one of the best views you can have along the river in this town. When I first entered the room I was blown away by the view. Very comfortable to just sit on the balcony and watch the people in traditional costumes pass by. The manager of the Inn was very helpful and friendly. The perfect place to stay for a short trip to Fenghuang.

My room was very cosy and beautiful, the duvet fantastic and the bathroom spacious, with great water pressure. The hotel is very close to the cable car to the Tianmen Mountain, making it the perfect stay around there. There are also many options for food, drink and shopping nearby as well as transport to the National Park.

Everything from staff to property was amazing. We enjoyed our time with staff, food was delicious and plentiful. There recommendations for food off site was equally spot on. They went above and beyond. We had a medical issue and they accompanied us to the hospital to be sure all was taken care of. We have never been more impressed.

Jenny was sooo helpful and welcoming. She helped me plan my a day in Tianmen mountain and two days in Zhangjiajie. Without her I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the parks, as I don’t speak Chinese and it’s hard to get by without the language there. She also checked in to make sure I was okay. I would recommend 100% anybody (Chinese or foreign) to stay here as on top of the service the rooms were also very clean and comfortable, spacious, etc.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It exceeded our expectations. They also helped booking tickets. The room has an amazing view. Definitely worth it to get the mountain view room. The hotel is next to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park which is very convenient. Only thing is that breakfast starts at 8. It’s a little late if you go to the park early morning
