This was my First time in Chile and the location was next to one for the biggest shopping malls, The breakfast was simple and taste and had everything you wanted, and I really enjoyed it, the front office and staff was excellent. I would 100% recommend this hotel to visitors

It is just 200 meters from Tobalaba Subway Station and Costanera Center shopping mall. Free WiFi is available in the rooms and in public areas. This my fifth time at the hotel, although it has gone through a name/owner change. The great staff is one aspect, and the location. Great parking for my rented car included.

The Hotel Regal Pacific Santiago is located on Apoquindo Avenue, near many corporate offices and a few blocks from Parque Arauco and Alto Las Condes shopping malls. The location was perfect. Las Condes is an upscale neighborhood featuring nice restaurants, parks, cultural venues, and well-maintained streets. The 30-minute metro ride to the historic city center was well worth it, all the more so because there was a metro station less than a block away.

We are in the middle of 3 great neighborhoods, each at 10 min walking distance: Bellavista (nightlife), Lastarria (gastronomy) and Barrio Italia (Antiques and design). Santiago’s historic town center is at 30 min walking or 10 min in public transport. I liked everything about this lovely place.The location was perfect-a short walk to the Metro station.The room was clean and serviced regularly.Sleep quality was excellent.Breakfast each morning was perfect and really prepared me for the day....What I liked most were the staff-friendly,helpful,welcoming and ultra professional.I want to mention Caroline who handled check-in and helped me a lot during the week I spent there...Also,Ron,Janice,Javiera,Antonia,Fran,Christian,Claudia and Sebastian.The staff helped in so many ways to make my stay so enjoyable.This is a top class Hostal and is definitely worth returning to.....Top marks....10 out of 10.
