Sandro the owner was very kind and helpful. The room was warm and cosy. The kitchen and facilities were ample and always clean. The location on the water was lovely and a short uphill walk to town.

This is s lovely place to stay.The room was large and clean with excellent sleep quality.I had the use of the kitchen where coffee,tea and hot water were free of charge and always available.The location was excellent-with great views over the fjord and a pleasant walk into Plaza de Armas....Many thanks to Claudio for being friendly and welcoming....There is also a great restaurant close by....Top marks...10 out of 10.

Terletak di Castro, Palafito Hospedaje Vista Bordemar mempunyai taman, ruang tamu berkongsi, teres, dan WiFi percuma di seluruh tempat penginapan. the palifito was charming and small but had everything needed for a perfect stay.artistic, colorful lots of relaxing spots and a great quiet location of other palifitos. 3 restaurants within 5 minute walk. our favorite was the last on the right el argul.....gourmet amazing meals.

This is, without a doubt, the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire traveling history, and I’ve visited over 50 countries! The house itself is stunning, filled with beautiful artwork in every corner, creating a warm and creative atmosphere. Everything is impeccably clean, and the location is perfect for exploring. But what made my experience truly unique and unforgettable was the host, Miguel. He is, if not the best, one of the most wonderful people I’ve ever met in my life. Kind, hospitable, generous, kind-hearted, cheerful, and easygoing. I don’t have enough adjectives to describe how amazing he is! Thanks to him, I learned so much about Chilean traditions, especially those of Chiloé, as well as its gastronomy and history. If I ever return to Chile (and I definitely will!), I’ll make sure to come back to Castro just to see Miguel again. This place isn’t just a hostel; it’s a home away from home, thanks to the incredible host. 100% recommended!
