Having travelled for 7 weeks in South America now, we can also say that this is a key highlight of our trip! We stayed in the Suite with Jacuzzi and it was stunning. The attention to detail in the rooms made us feel very cozy and at ease from the get go. We can highly recommend booking this room if you want a huge window with a nature view and the most relaxing setting. The Jacuzzi fits two people and you will have views of the beautiful lake. The staff was so helpful and accommodated all our requests be it tea to the room, an extra night, arranging baggage service or routes to walk around the island- thank you! As we booked a second night we changed rooms as the Suite with Jacuzzi was unavailable. We stayed in a Double Room which was also very nice. All in all, treat yourself to a stay here!

The breakfast was delicious! Amazing bread, freshly squeezed juice and eggs. The dinner was also delicious, get the trout, you will not be disappointed. The wifi is really good. Definitely recommend. Would absolutely come back again.

The staff were very friendly and made us a delicious breakfast every morning. We hiked up with our bags from pilkopaini port so was only 20 mins so not too difficult.

There was a great food menu, with different options and you could choose the time to eat lunch/dinner. The breakfast was also very nice, served in the room. The people managing the housing were the sweetest people.
